These Terms outline how we work together and help set clear expectations. By engaging our design and development services, you agree to the terms below.

Services

We offer design and development services primarily through a monthly retainer, as well as custom one-off projects such as MVPs, landing pages, branding, and graphic design.

Monthly Retainer (Capacity-Based)

Our retainer provides ongoing access to our design and development capacity each month. This means we allocate time and creative resources to work on your requests on an ongoing basis.

• Requests are handled based on priority and capacity.
• The retainer is not “unlimited” work.
• If requests exceed what can reasonably be handled within a month, they may be deferred, scoped separately, or quoted as additional work with your approval.

Custom & One Off Projects

Specific projects (e.g. MVP builds, landing pages, branding work) are scoped individually. Deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed on before work begins. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a new quote.

Payments, Cancellations & Pauses

• All payments are made upfront.
• Payments are non-refundable, including retainers and one-off projects.
• Retainers may be canceled only before the next billing cycle begins.
• Retainers may be paused upon request. Work resumes once the retainer is reactivated.
• Work already completed or in progress remains billable and non-refundable.

Review & Acceptance of Work

• Clients have 3 days to review delivered work and request changes.
• If no feedback is provided within this window, the work is considered accepted.
• Use of the work in any form also counts as acceptance.
• Revisions within the agreed scope will be completed as part of the engagement.
• Requests outside scope or after acceptance may be treated as new work.

Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of all final deliverables upon full payment. We may showcase work in our portfolio unless a separate NDA is in place.

Client Responsibilities

Prohibited Use

We reserve the right to pause or terminate work if misuse is discovered.

Portfolio & Showcasing Work

We may showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials.
By default, all showcased work will be fully anonymized, with no visible ties to the client.
If a client explicitly allows attribution or naming, this must be confirmed in writing.
